Help a Middle School Student get the items they need for school.
The Outreach Team is collecting backpacks and school items for students in the local area that are in need.
We are hoping to get at least 50-100 filled backpacks for middle school students.
(Elementary school children have items supplied by the school.) Below is a list of the needs.
We plan to collect the backpacks and/or items on Sunday, August 18th and Sunday, August 25th before and after both services.
We will be handing them out on Wednesday, August 28th from 1-3 pm. at 89 Court Street.
Any and all help towards this cause is greatly appreciated.
- Backpack (neutral for either boy or girl)
- Loose leaf paper
- Two-four 1” three ring binders
- One 2” binder
- Two-four packets of tab dividers
- Four-five 3-hole punched pocket folders
- Highlighters (Two different colors)
- Two large book covers
- Pencils & Pens & Erasers
- Colored pencils
- Glue Sticks
- Small scissors
- Handheld pencil sharpener
- Zippered pencil case
- Four-seven 3-hole punched pocket folders
- Headphones or earbuds that plug into a Chromebook
- Two-five Composition notebooks
- Four single subject notebooks plus one binder
