Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. It is a hands-on way for people to bless children in need across the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and fun gifts. The boxes are collected and distributed in the name of Jesus Christ to children living in vulnerable situations. The project has delivered millions of gift-filled shoeboxes to boys and girls around the world, changing many children’s lives as a result of a simple gift.
New Hope Chapel will be participating in Operation Christmas Child from October 22nd to November 12th. Drop-offs will be collected in the lobby before and after Sunday services at Sacred Heart High School. ALL BOXES MUST BE DROPPED NO LATER THAN NOON, NOVEMBER 12th, at SACRED HEART HIGH SCHOOL.
